One of my very favorite cookbooks was given to me by my mom about 5 years ago.  I was immediately intrigued because all of the recipes included the use of a cake mix.  The gluten-free cake mixes that are available, while are so convenient, wasn't exactly what I was looking for.  I wanted to be able to elevate them and really make them taste good but I had no idea where to start.  When I got this cookbook, it was exactly what I wanted.  This really gave me the perfect start on my baking journey and I was just thrilled to not have to worry about using multiple flours to create my treats.  This removes all of that and the end product is just delicious.  I have made almost every recipe in this book and none of them disappoint.  My kids love it when they see this cookbook out because it means that some yummy desserts are coming soon.  I make almost every birthday cake out of this book and no one complains.
