So it has been awhile since I have done a product review and I'm not sure if you can tell but I love to cook and bake so sometimes I get too involved in that to realize that product reviews are super important too! So those of us that have been gluten free for a while know just how hard it can be to find good gluten free products. When I was first diagnosed, years ago, it was next to impossible to find gluten free bread that you could buy.  When you did find a loaf, it was crazy expensive and pretty much inedible. I think I would have rather ate cardboard.  Over the years, many different brands have come out with gluten free breads and some aren't half bad! I used to make my own bread because that was really the only option, but after having my kids I simply did not have time. I was thrilled with all the different options that started coming out.
